Product Warranty

Propellers Australia prides itself in selling only high-quality products sourced from well-known International Manufacturers. These products are covered by the Manufacturer’s own One-Year Limited Warranty.

Returns Policy

Propellers Australia will accept product returns & provide you with an exchange or refund where:

  • The product is faulty & falls under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product is significantly different to those shown or described to you & hasn’t been used at all.
  • Item is returned within 15 Working days of reception.
  • You can validate you are the person who purchased the product.

Propellers Australia reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure providing the product at fault was used in a proper installation, proper maintenance & the issue only occurred as a direct result of a defect in the material or workmanship of the product.
You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of Acceptable Quality* – *Products of Acceptable Quality meaning:

  • safe, lasting, with no faults
  • look acceptable.
  • do all the things someone would normally expect them to do.

Excluded Items:
Due to their material, specific application & the environment in which they are used, we do not offer any refunds or Warranty on Teflon Propeller-Guards.
Although these products will handle slow speed impacts, minor impacts, floating debris & hitting underwater objects, they will eventually break under repeated impacts or major hits.
Their design & construction will also result in an increase in drag. This may alter the characteristics of the craft & a reduction in the engine performance can be expected.

Change of mind Returns:

Orders Cancellation:

Should you have a valid reason, Propellers Australia will accept the cancellation of an order due to a change of mind & providing the product hasn’t been used.

Contact us or call us on 07 55325891 as soon as possible so we may be able to stop the order from being dispatched.

If your order has been sent, you will have to return the product at your own costs.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund & the original freight will not be refunded.
If the cancellation applies to a ‘Free-Freight’ product, the original freight paid by Propellers Australia to send the parcel will be deducted from the refund.

Should you realise you have made a mistake in your order, it may be possible to change it after submission if it hasn’t been already dispatched. This would however only include changing for another product of the same category & cost or changing the delivery address.
It would not include removing an item or changing payment method.

Online Orders Exchanges:

Propellers Australia will accept Exchanges for items when the wrong size or style has been ordered & providing it hasn’t been used.
If the new item is a different product (including a different material or brand) & there is a price difference, you may need to pay this difference, including extra freight charges. The wrong item will have to be returned in its original box & the return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Propellers Australia reserves the right to assess the condition & age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund, this may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Please note: Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Damages to Online Orders:

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can organise the return & exchange.

How to Return a Product:

For returns under Australian Consumer Law & once the returns policy has been met,  please contact our Customer Service Team on: 07 55 325891 or email us at: [email protected] to arrange for the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, or refund.

Deliveries & Shipping Information

All Orders are dispatched from our Southport Warehouse in Queensland. Your order will be sent within 2 working days after it has been placed.
You will be given the option to choose from your shipping types at the checkout.

 

International Shipping

International orders are limited to New Zealand & New Caledonia.
Orders can be subject to duties & taxes as determined by Customs. These Taxes or Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight Charges

We Ship Australia wide, New Zealand & to New Caledonia.
The freight charges depend on your delivery address, Parcel weight & Cubic size. These charges can be calculated on the check-out page by adding the selected product to the shopping cart.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on the delivery address & the method of shipping selected. Estimated delivery times will be listed next to the shipping options on the check-out form.
These delivery times are indicative, do not include Weekends & the time it takes to process your order. Propellers Australia in no way guarantees delivery within or on these times.
